Seen these books advertising on a infomercial and on the infomercial it stated free shipping so I decided to go on their website and review the books further. I entered my information in and decided to google the books and found them cheaper on another site. I closed out the whoknewbook.com website and 2 days later they had charged my account. I called the company and asked for a refund and stated that I didnt authorize this transaction and instead of trying to issue me a refund the sales rep and manager was trying to ask me why I didnt want the books. The manager also stated that I was authorizing when I put my information in , but it was several screens left to complete the transaction so they actually just took money from me. I disputed these charges with my bank and my bank gave me a refund after I signed an affidavit, but later reversed the decision. Im still trying to find out what evidence they have showing the authorization. I have now filed a second dispute were they have to actually do a longer investigation.
