False Advertising: I bought two pairs of shoes through womensfashions.com. I used PayPal. I received an order confirmation through FreeShipping.com but I never received the shoes. I contacted both parties and never received a response. I recently received a small sponge in the mail from some unknown source in China. I never ordered a sponge.
I contacted PayPal and they said I should have selected the "Buyer Protection Plan" when I approved the transaction. I filed a dispute through PayPal but they have not been very reassuring that I can recoup my losses. I think that using a credit card would have better protected me from this loss. So I was scammed by womensfashions.com and FreeShipping.com and also, so far, feel let down by PayPal. If I do receive any reimbursement or compensation through PayPal, I will post this on this website.
