I was checking my February sprint bill, when I noticed some crazy charges for some multimedia packages that I never signed up for. During march I got the same charges again. This made me wonder how long I had been getting charged for this stuff? Turned out charges had been going on since October of 2011.
I have contacted sprint several times disputing these charges. All they tell me is that its a third party service that I signed up for. WRONG! I never did. Obviously they are not able to control the scammiing that has been going on and they are trying to pass these charges on to the consummers.
Sprint costumers are not the only ones affected. Other carriers are dealing with these scamms as well.
