I am Sharon J. Hill and I received the information and signed up and the advertised campaign was to receive $1000.00 in free groceries. The cumbersome process was not explained by the customer service rep and the restrictions on the coupon process compounded the problem.

You had to wait for 30-60 days to send in the receipts for the cash vouchers then even though you could cancel at any time, you had to be a member to receive the voucher of $25.00 which would not arrive until 30 days after you sent in the receipts. As well you could only send in within a specified monthly timeframe, i.e the months of July - September, etc. The coupon grid and list process was a joke as well and only added to the timeline of waiting to receive. Additionally, the entertainment coupons were futile as well to deal with and you were left with a monthly debit of account of $14.95 for each non-service.

Update: 04/13/2012

I cancelled my Savings2Go subscription and the recurring debit was taken from my account again today for $14.95 each. Adding $29.90 to the claim.
Sharon J. Hill
