Resubscribed to the iolo product, System Mechanic 10 and used it the same day that I resubscribed. After following directions to update some drivers already on my computer and restarting the computer, as directed, the display was no longer working correctly. Icons on the screen were two to three times larger than normal as were the size of the print fonts. A background graphic was enlarged to the point where it was obviously pixilated. Worked with their technical support patiently for ten days, emailing back and forth each day until I received an email from one of their technical support people said that the issue was being turned over to their "senior" technical support people. That was twenty-six days ago and I've not heard from any during this time. I finally had to take the computer to a local computer repair shop to have them fix the problem, which they did. Since then I have attempted to collect on their "guaranteed refund" a number of times and in a number of different ways (emails, voice mails, etc.) all to no avail. I'm angrier about the lack of interest in my refund than I am about their defective product. The product, System Mechanic, is a very popular one and the iolo website mentions a number of awards and commendations from both industry and business leaders but when I Googled "System Mechanic complaints" and "iolo complaints" I found a number of people who experienced similar issues with both problems on their computers after using the product and an absolute lack of interest in honoring the guaranteed refund they advertise so prominently. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing System Mechanic 10 to do a little online research first and see how many individuals are both unhappy with the product and financially poorer for either purchasing it, upgrading to it, or resubscribing to activate an existing product.

Just wanted to mention that I have other evidence concerning the situation.
