I never get any messages from Spirit A/L due to the fact that I never read my emails because most of them are junk anyway. So, on April 5, while checking my bank account, I noticed charge of $59.95 from Spirit. I called my bank right away but since it was on the same date and has not posted yet, they can not cancel it. I called Spirit and was told that I have membership with them that I can cancel anytime but my money will not be refunded. Scam artists. Supervisor will not even talk to me. They offered a voucher for same amount but I do not fly Spirit and will not fly Spirit. Terrible customer service. I will be contacting consumer affairs.
