I called Tonedetox in the allotted time to cancel any future orders and was given a cancellation #LC0713 and was told it would be tken care of by a girl named Lacy on July 13, 2011. I received my credit card bill and was charged $79.99. Upon calling the company today I was told that I should have returned the unused product. I asked Lacy about this upon cancellation and she told me that was not necessary. They will not credit my card.
