Did not approve a $16.95 per month charge. I have asked Amex to block the charge but they can only dispute the last 60 days, they are no help. I had this happen once before and Amex connected the with vendor customer service and had all my charges rebated to me.
This is a scam and I can't believe a credit company such as Experian would allow such a practice to continue. Their credit rating in my book is bankrupt.
