Two charges of 44.09 posted to our Visa on 7/6/11 and 7/10/11. Capital One is investigating the fraud. Tried calling the phone number on my bill, and the recording says to press 1 if you're calling about the 44.09 charge on the card, and then you get disconnected. Also tried to press 2 for all other calls, and the recording says they are open from 6 am to 6 pm Pacific time, called within the time frame, no one answered the phone. Total scam.
