I also was promised a $5000.00 loan by William Price at Colonial Lending Group. He told me that since my credit was not good he had to have 5 months payments upfront for collateral which was in the amount of $825.00. I purchased a Green Dot Money Pak in which he told me would be the fastest way to receive my money by the next day via direct deposit into my bank account. The next day my $5000.00 was not in my bank account but instead I get another call from Mr. Price stating that there was a discrepency with my TRW and that the lenders were requiring an additional 5 months payment up front which would have been an additional $825.00. I told him that he had already drained me of all my money and that I demanded my money back because I then knew that this was a scam. I have not seen my refund yet and probably never will. I also found out that the Green Dot Money Pak is nontraceable and non refundable. I will do anything to stop this man and his scamming business so please let me know how to report this???
