I got a very defective product and when I contacted him he refused a refund.
1. I got a horrible quality video with severe interlacing problems which could probably be fixed if he knew how to rip/create DVDs properly. Sample screenshots:

2. I got a smashed/torn DVD case because the packing was flimsy. And cheaply printed artwork.

When I contacted him, he accused me of trying to scam him, and of being rude just because I criticised his product.
