I tried installing the product twice on my sliding door, but it did not fit my door and does not work as advertised. The only way to make it work is to pin it together at the bottom which makes it more cumbersome. Web site says "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" in lower right corner but does not show any way of getting refund. Portion of screen does not link to anything.
