I was never sent dozens of products that I won. They sent me a small payment for bid that I had paid for and said we were even. I wanted the retail value or the products I won, but they would have nothing to do with it.
I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General last year and have not heard back from them.
This all occurred from approx. Jan. 2011 to August 2011. I have lots of emails from them and a precise list of everything I had won and never received.
