- The friendly agents did not resolve my issue. They would not refund me the entire amount. I had to file with the BBB, the Florida Attny general and file a dispute with my credit card company. The customer service people need to say they are sorry there was a misunderstanding with their flawed website and refund the upset customer the entire amount when they call. Not keep them on hold for 30 minutes, and then give them a scripted response. Just do what's right and refund the money.
