Purchased the "lifetime" access to this website, under the promise of being able to access records and other files. Paid immediately and received log in information on how to access my account. A week later, I hop back on to my account...only to find the link is dead and there is no connection. Have tried several times since to no avail. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!
