After watching a TV infomercial for Who Knew Books.com (through telebrands.com)a book purchase for $37.98 with my Visa card on 3/2/12. After not receiving my books by 3/28, I checked my credit card history and found that I was charged an additional $37.98 on 3/23/12 for a total now of $75.96, and of course - no books. Please help me retrieve my money, as I'm retired and living on a fixed income. Thanks
