Complaint 9547 Details

As you will see by below emails - I paid for website addresses that have never been set up and now after phone calls from their end and the email trail, they have become silent and I can't get my money refunded.

Please advise what my next steps might be.

Hi Todd,

I still haven't heard from anyone to get my refund processed.

As a matter of interest - I have not been able to find the below domains I was to have registered anywhere on the internet.

This has been a very long and drawn out process - my money was charged to my credit card immediately, but I can't seem to get my refund done at all.

I would appreciate any help you can give me to get this finalised.
