I placed an order with Paracord Master on 10/26/11. At the time I placed my order, there were no notices that all orders were special orders and would take six weeks. When I submitted the order, I never received a confirmation, a receipt or anything else. The only reason I knew the order went through was by the fact that my bank account was charged. After one month, I tried to contact them by phone and received busy signal, and finally a voice mail that said they were experiencing delays. I email them again in December, and received a reply that said there was a notice on their site that there was a six weeks delay on all orders. (No - there was no disclaimer stating that fact). It said I could accept substitutions or I could requested a refund (less a 30% restocking fee!). I opted to wait for the color cord that I ordered. It has now been five months and I still have not received the cord (the color I wanted or any other color) nor have I received a refund. This company was totally scamming people right from the start. I realize I didn't lose a lot of money, but it was a lot to me.
