I was contacted by Sandra Williams of Sanders Legal Associates indicating that I had not paid back a payday loan I had received from InstaCash over a year ago. They threatened to have me arrested and I would have to pay ove $8500 in court cost if I didn't pay this debt. They where extremely rued and difficult to understand because of their heavy Indian accent. I tried calling them back but the phone number doesn't accept incoming calls and after seeing all the complaints on them on the internet I believe this is a scam. Please do not fall for this. I went thru very difficult times over a year ago and took out payday loans but always paid them off so I was horrified when I received their call. DO not give them any information. I read that some of these on line payday loans give out your information to third parties who them use the information to scam you. Don't fall victim to this scam!!!!

- Omg! I'm so glad I'm not the only person! I got a call today from a "paralegal" stating the exact same thing but with a different "payday" loan company. Supposedly for American payday advance or something of that sort. I was so frustrated with them. I could understand them most of the time. They were rude. They didn't want to answer your questions and kept hanging up after saying "I already told you everything ma'am. Goodbye." Seriously?! And some lady who claimed to be a restitution officer said "you're wasting my time. Are you going to pay or not? What are you calling me for?". I'm sorrry, I'm not racist or anything but an inian person with an americanized name? Really?! I'm extremely. I'm about to call these people back and force some legal issues on them so they can stop scamming people!
