I ordered a trial of PerfectRadiance (3 x bottles) of a gel, moisturising cream and eye cream all-up for around $7.00AUD (I should have known this was too good to be true). They have since sent me another batch which I have discovered on my bank statement cost me $198.30 - I only ordered a trial and it was my understanding that if it worked then you could order more. How do I cancel this? I also have amounts of $48.70 taken from my credit card on 2 March 2012 and amounts of $72.37 and $77.23 taken from my credit card on 25 February but have received no product for these amounts - They come under the name of creamcareskin.com and I will be making a separate complaint in regards to this theft.
