I sent off for the FREE samples, I allowed a small charge for P&P, it was less than £6 (British), I discovered, they had taken out £79.99 and £74.95 on 1st Feb and then £74.95 on 29th Feb and £79.99 on 1st Mar. I contacted my bank, who now say, they can't investigate it as fraud, as I approved the p&P transaction! They are disputing the amount, but I am sat here feeling very useless and frustrated and over £300 out of pocket, I daren't even use the cream, it could be anything! I tried the telephone number on their website and it comes up, number not recognised, also when I click on their support link, it goes to a blank page....interestingly the first 2 transaction went out to Revita la Peau, the second two, went out to creamcareskin.com. All I want is my money back! I sent off for free samples...I would never pay that amount for creams! How can they get away with this. Oh also, I got a 2nd bottle of serum through the post last week, unexpected, because, I had received a bottle of serum and tub of cream. The envelope said salt lake city Utah, but the postage had come from Sweden?? Very odd!
