In september 2011 I recieved a phone call from Oracle Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 52 147 602 622), saying they would send me a brochure. A few weeks later I recieved a slik brochure claiming how their industry sector is seperate and not affected by the stock markets, and that through horse racing and 'betting' through agencies like "mybetshop" a profit can be generated on mybehalf. For an annual fee of $6000 they would do all the betting for you. To support their product the brochure includes statistics and charts for growth of your additional $1000 investment (the money they use to bet). The chart predicts an annual profit of $45,000. The customer consultant on the phone answered all my questions pertaining to this, such as if they were a listed company, if they had other members ect. I joined, paid the fee, invested the $1000 and to this very day the only growth i have seen is an extra $26 (or to that amount give or take a few dollars). I since recieved a letter they sent to me explaining they were transferring to another betting agency. Their customer support which is supposed to be available 5 days a week is convieniently not taking calls, kust calling people back - as is also the case with mybet.shop. The customer support number a called was answered by a very abrupt and rude administrator who would not help me when I queried why customer support is not available.
