I rented a vacation home for a weekend, after our stay the agreement or contract states that I would receive my security deposit back within 14 days. After several attempts to collect it, the owner states the check was mailed, he knows we never received it and now ignores all request for this refund. Now I had to file a small claims suit to get it back 3 months later.

Still being ignored by the owner Ed Forrester. I see other post regarding the same complaint against him. I am in the process of filing with the small claims court. Anyone interested or wants to join contact me at (Personal Information Removed)

After several attempts to contact the owner Ed with no response, I finally found some info online to help me locate his secretary. I received a post dated check for my deposit. Persistence is key and research online!
