This company charge me for an order that I did not make. The supervisor in charge of return was very rude and told me "to take it up with my bank"...talk about customer service!! I had to cancel my credit card because of the false charge made on my account. Now...my bank is telling me that Grout Bully will only refund all but the shipping cost, which is half the purchase price of $64.17. So your telling me they are charging me a shipping charge for something that I did not order?? This is a scam. I am waiting for a response from this so called "Grout Bully" company before I proceed with the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut as well as legal proceedings.
