Once a year I get a FREE credit report. However this year, for $1.00 I could also have my score included with the report. My account was charged the dollar, and I got my report. However 2 weeks later my account was charged $19.95. I went to my bank and they groaned [as this is happening frequently] they knew exactly what happened. In the very FINE print it states if you don't let the company know within 7 days they have the right to charge your acct. with $16.95. So I was not only scammed, but was charged more than advertised!!! The bank gave me the phone # to call, the girl rattled off her canned speech, wouldn't let me get a word in, I kept stating cancel, cancel etc. She kept rattling on, finally I asked her what part of "NO" did she not understand. She still continued her speech. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. SO the bank canceled my account and set up a new one. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.
