I saw the infomercial that morning, I called to order the books. After you give your credit card info, it takes you through all these channels of trying to get you to purchase something else. When you press 0, as to telling them you do not want the items it goes on to another one. Only to have someone (affiliated company)call two weeks later, trying to send you a free gift (ear rings), telling me, I can keep the ear rings but they will be sending a neckleace as well and if you do not want it send it back within 14 days and I will only be charged the shipping cost. After arguing with the the operator she tells me to call customer service because the order has been placed and when I ask for the customer servie number she hung up.
