I bought two suits from Sarar valued at $791.00. There was no return policy advertised in the store. Noone verbaly communicated to me that the sale is final. One of the suits was for my dad who doesn't live in NJ. So it was essential that the store has a return policy. I communicated that fact to the manager and the manager mentioned not to worry as I can return the suits.

So what was communicated to me was different from what was on the receipt. Furthermore the receipt return policy is not clear. It states " return and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt". Then in the next sentence reading down, it says " All returns will be given a store credit only. Returns with no receipt wil be issued a store credit only." The first statement makes one think that returns accepted and one gets his or her money back, but then the second sentence nullifies the first.

When I returned the items on December 14th, I went to the HQ store in Little Falls NJ as it is closer to my work. That is when the manager correctly informed me of the return policy. I asked why I wasn't informed of the correct return policy, he said that it was on the store counter and receipt. I asked to show me the return policy on the store counter, he said that the sign is normally there! He doesn't know where it is. Obviously, there is no sign in the store and especially on the counter.

I returned the item and the store manager claimed he gave me a store credit. whether he did I am not totally sure as the entire operation is a scam.

The people barely speak English and are unwilling to work with you. In addition, what bothered me the most is they took the prices off the suit when the lady sold it to me on December 10th. I didn't realize that part until I returned it. Noone takes prices off suit. Obviously they do that to conceal the price when one returns it if he or she doesn't have a receipt.

Lastly, I went through the credit card company and they are not helpful at all.
