I filled out my application to renew my notary, sent in the check, and never received by new seal. The check was cashed on January 31, 2012. I kept trying to call and a recording said I reached the number in error, please try again or have your operator assist. I got tired of trying to call so I looked up the company under Florida Department of State, found out the name of the President; looked up his number on the internet and all the information about the company being out of business started popping up and how many checks they have cashed and scammed us all. I now have to pay again to get a seal because it is required that I am a notary at my office.
