I did not find the charge until Aug 4th after our credit card provider alerted us to a different unauthorized charge. I signed up to Bidrack.com (for free) around that date, looking to possibly get my daughter an ipad. After surveying the site I found my chances of "winning" a bid were very slim and based on luck. I logged off and have not returned since. I am trying to resolve through Bidrack.com first but it is a slow process.

Same $99. charge that was unexpected. I called their pho.# and was basically told "to bad" "NO REFUND". OK, so I decided-my screw-up-should have read better. So, decided to sign in and bid, see if I won anything (that would ever be mailed to me). Now, I can't even sign in to use up my bids. I used the information -(user & password) that I had written down - no luck. So asked them to send me a new password-still haven't gotten "a new password )- Sooooo, as far as I'm concerned they just took (as in stole) my money- I got nothing for my $99.00 EXCEPT a GOOD lesson in being stupid. I hope some of you others have excellent luck in prosecuting this scam. I will try again to get somewhere with this, not expecting much.

- Same deal here! I have went several rounds with them and all the same, too bad, no refund!
