I ordered free samples through Mystique cream web advert, now they keep sending me their products without my consent, and charging me for it through visa card.
I have never been agreed to be bond to this compagny Mystique Lab to their terms and conditions agreement, paying a bill of 150 £ per months to them !
This is a Scam A Bad compagny who LIED !
right measures will be undertaken to resolve problem

Ive had the same problem. Icant find an address or phone no.
to contact mystique. they keep sending products and taking money from my account. Any ideas how to stop this -

- hi folks just go to your bank, talk to a serious staff and make sure of the cancellation of the card that you used to pay the shipping with to ger the sample. , if your bank is a good bank it will do everything for you to get your money back.to your banque account, by suing those fraudulent people

- I too have had this problem with Mystique. I telephoned the, this afternoon on 08445811011and spoke to Ian Harris. He told me he could not refund as it was over the 14 day trial period and I should of read terms and conditions. What I had not realised also was that the sample they send is for a months supply and as you only have 14 days to cancell, if you do not cancell within this time you are charged &79.95 on top of the trial price for that first sample. Further orders have now been cancelled and hopefully I will not here from them again but very annoyed at the way this was presented as it is very misleading.

Hello Carol
I do think that the only option to avoid further money taken from your account is to cancel your card payment that you used for it.
Go to your bank and make sure that everything has been cancelled.
Millions of women have been victims of scamming with this misleading Mystique advert
