I guess I didn't read the fine print. I called the customer service # 877-869-3304.
They told me when that the "free" offer automatically signs you up for a monthly program. They offered to reduce the price to 34.59 but I declined. They cancelled my enrollment and sent a confirmatory email. The representative was very pleasant.
