searched for a loan, never saw anywhere on their website that they would charge any amount, never mind £69.99. Was only after £100 loan so why would I pay that! They've agreed to refund it, but are saying it will take up to 30 days! Spoke to Barclays to try and get it back via their chargeback scheme, but they can only do it if Myloan fax their approval, which they refuse to do. Barclays have said they should be able to reverse it as of tomorrow when it shows up on my statement. Fingers crossed. As for Myloan & their call centre team I have not got any way of describing what I would like to do to them that doesn't involve a lot of expletives! I am a single parent and now only have £1.65 in my bank to feed my kids for the next week! There should be a law against these people advertising. They are no better than loan sharks!
