I ordered a computer from greenteky for a ridiculously cheap amount (comparatively). They have stopped returning my emails. There is false praise in various parts of the internet. Their MerchantCirlce address is an empty warehouse in Iowa. The phone number is a random fax machine. The owner "Dolores Leboeuf" Is not real. The representative "Charlotte F. Williams" also does not exist. I have filed reports with as many offices as I could, and now I'm just trying to keep other people from falling victim.

Be sure to file reports with all of the following:
1) Amazon (email about fraudulent use of gift card)
2) IC3 (partnership between the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance)
3) the Federal Trade Commission
4) your state Attorney General's office -
