i posted a car for sale on craigslist and carsforsale.com. Received a text from 1-202-505-6735 saying his name was David Gray an oceanographer who wanted to surprise his dad from New Zealand w/my vehicle. Told me to create a paypal account and would have a private agent meet me somewhere to pick up the vehicle after payment went through. I googled his name and found this website http://mrnumber.com/1-404-566?page=10.
I emailed him back and told me to never contact me again.

- David Gray contacted me today via text from number 281-400-1235, a Texas area code wishing to purchase my vehicle for $900 more than what I was asking. He wanted it to ship to New Zealand too and wanted to deal through paypal. Once he gave me his LinkedIn acct I search that website and found 25 David Grays from Australia/New Zealand. Also found scammer reports like this on a few sites! Evidently he has been around!!

- i have also recieved a text from [email protected].. same MO.. i have a car on carsforsale.com, said he was an oceanographer...paypal... shipper need money through moneypak etc... guess ill cancel his order for my car as well.. thanx to the rest for your posts... not sure the bottom line of his scam, but dont want to find out either

- apparently they know about the phone numbers being on these sites, so hes using bogus gmail accounts etc... i didnt take nor send any money, so i hope anyone else is smart enough to spend 30 minutes researching these kinda people... scum of the earth, and Hellbound for sure.. thanx for the info and help.. the website the first post gives is great!!!!!!!!
