I ordered a phone for my daughter in the auction site and got it for £9.00, ask-ziinga took 59.99 from my account in sept, oct, nov, 2x dec, jan, feb, i did not notice this off my account as xmas was coming up and i was just putting my bank statments in the file till the dec, i contacted ask-ziinga in december then they took 2 payment off of £59.99 i then contacted them again and they asked for money to stop the account, i have never received anything form ask-ziinga and i am alot of money out of pocket, i contacted them on several occasions and i have never received the phone.
