This business does NOT answer emails doesn NOT answer calls and does NOT respond to their 'new' online booking service.
Groupon do NOT make restitution despite the fact that the coupon will expire. They tell you a 'team leader' will respond to your call (which takes about 30 mins to get answered) and nobody responds. Finally by insisting to speak to the team lead I was passed to another customer care officer who refused to be identified by anything other than 'Rachel'. She told me it is up to the merchant - who doesn't answer calls, emails, booking requests - to refund me! Total scam and appalling customer service.
