I saw the offer of a free sample of cream if I paid P&P
They have billed me monthly since even though I cancelled the account.
My credit card company won't help Tesco as they say I signed an agreement and it was in the terms and conditions that I entered a trial and agreed to pay.
I told them to cancel my card but they said whatever credit card I take out, the outstanding will be charged to it as I agreed the transaction.
I have been duped as this was obviously deliberately misleading and my credit card company has been no support at all.
I find it incredible that they knowingly continue to allow a company to debit my card in full knowledge that I don't approve the transaction.
So, I've had a double whammy, one company scamming me and another helping them to do it.
