I just received my monthly cell phone bill and had a charge from Todayzbest and TIMH on my daughter's cell number to the tune of $22.24. She did not order these services and we have no idea how she got these charges. She never entered a PIN # on her phone or computer. She entered the word "STOP" after receiving 3 messages from them.

I called the numbers 3 different times for a refund. The first call, I was told that they would not refund and I would have to write a letter to their corporate office. The second call, I was told that they cannot refund and that I would have to go through my service provider (US Cellular) for a refund. I called US Cellular and they told me that the only people who can refund my money is the companies because USC has nothing to do with the charges. I called the numbers back for the 3rd time and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the person I was speaking to was a supervisor and there is no one higher up than him. I was given the address again to their corporate office and was told to write a letter.
