I live in Russell, Kansas and have my mobile service thru a local company called Nex-Tech. This morning at 3:29 a.m. I got a text that said "You just won a free $1000 Walmart Gift Card, enter "1000" at http://promocenter.ws/walmart

Would like to know how they get my phone number and who is this?
