We signed up for free sample, agreeing to pay postage of $2.95. We received no goods but have twice been billed for $51 + $74.95 = $125.95 x2 = $251.90 - all in GB Pounds.
To secure refund on credit card payments, our bank says we need to send a copy of our letter of cancellation, but we can't find the company address. Please help.

Update: 04/17/2012

Write to Perfect Radiance cancelling the contract and send a copy to your bank and they will stop further withdrawals. Then plague support@perfectradiance.co.uk with e-mails insisting they broke the contract. I got full refunds - eventually.
