i called this company for help in a loan modification and they said it would be no problem because they were on great terms with my lender (B of A ). i asked what happens if B of A refuses to budge, they assured me of a FULL REFUND.They took the first draft from my checking acct. in April, then another on around MAY 16TH. In the beginning of June an associate called to inform me I was denied a modification and there was a lot of laughing in the background!!!! I immediately asked about my refund and was told it takes about 6 to 8 weeks,my case would have to go for a review to see if I qualify for a refund.! When I questioned them on the paper work, they said that I would get a full refund and have not heard from this company since. I tried on many occasions to call and got a voicemail, left numerous messages with no response. After months of calling I get a recording stating that this number (1 800 544 6290) is no longer in service. Now it is March no contact and no money!!!!!! What do I do?
