- They are gone! David George (owner) closed down operations and ripped everyone off! They were based in Houston, TX. You will not see a penney of what you paid them unless the Texas authorities get involved...Which is unlikely. He claimed that the "banks shut him down"...Right!!! David George ois a scum and a fraud!!!
