I went on line to check my account balance and found 3 transactions for xbox live. Went to bank and filed an affadavit to try to get my money back. later that day I remembered getting a text message from an unknown number (902-209-7955). The message said "Go to Mw2" I had no idea what or who this was and replied "?" they repiled back "It's dooks" I replied "Who is this" and the reply was "Dooks", I responded "Don't know you" to which they replied "Micheal Dooks dum f___".
Upon recalling all of this I went back to my phone and made note of the name and phone number. Then I went on line to check out "Mw2" which turnes out to be a game. Then I searched where the 902 area code was and found it to be in Canada. Then I did a search on the name and the first one to come up was a Michael Dooks on facebook. I clicked on it and saw a Micheal David Dooks of Halifax, Nova Scotia. (he doesen't share with everyone).
I find it quite odd that someone playing a game on line had my phone number all on the same day I have unauthorized transactions on my account for Xbox live.
Also found it interesting that the bank had anouthe person fill out an affidavit for 2 unauthorized Xbox live transactions just the day before I filed mine.
I hope this information can help catch whoever is doing this.

Update: 08/04/2011

I forgot to mention that I do not own an Xbox and am not an online gamer.
