March 12 2012 I was doing a google search for a gov't grant for a business plan I had to reopen a business I had started in 2007 before the present economic slump which had killed it . I was excited about finding the grant company up until a few days later,when I started to get uneasy feelings about them, I decided to do a google search on their name and found out that there were 12 individual hits against them for fraud, scam and some complaints from the US Gov't as well. I called them up immediately and told them to cancel my account with them, they said they can only refund me $ 16.00 and NOT my original $ 19.95 as I had been a member for 5 days I also called my bank and warned them about any future charges from them as well . This company needs to be put out of business by the FTC and other gov't law enforcement.
