Company representative Anthony Flood contacted me by phone, claimed to be very aggressive sales organization based business, and wanted to list my RV for sale. Promised a great support team of experts. Assistance with sale, financing, pre-buy inspection, listing posted on dozens of web sites. Stated that his advertising package was valued at over $2,500.00, but I would only pay $499.00. After charging my credit card for more money than agreed upon, all communication stopped. No return calls or e-mails. Refuses to provide invoice or any type of descriptive for services. No fees, or invoices available for print upon logging onto the designated web site. All phone numbers found on the internet involving this organization ring into voice mail boxes only. When I threatened by e-mail to contact the BBB, a representative called me. stated that she did not have the authority to reverse or credit the charges, but she felt I was overcharged. I have not received anything but a very generic online web listing from Trader Net Media, and was charged $509.00. I have two other comparable ads on the web. One company charged me $67.00, and the other $31.00. I have been taken advantage of by Trader Net Media, and not afforded the opportunity to resolve this issue directly due to their neglect to return my calls or answer their phone. I ask for an opinion letter from a local advertising company general manager today for my credit card dispute process. He stated I had been taken advantage of.
