Online there was an adv for just the shipping cost for both products. Nowhere did it say that there were terms & cond. or that you were on a trial, which meant you would be billed the full price down the road, over and over again. I never agreed to any trial or to be billed for the full price. I only wanted the products because I only had to pay the s/h on these FREE SAMPLES. When I did receive the products they had included a FREE SAMPLE GIFT inside the package. Then they charged me for that as well. Vitaderm charged me 79.99 on 2/13 & 79.99 on 3/1. Aqualift has charged me 49.99 & 20.00 on 2/13 & again on 3/1 for 74.99 & 49.99. I've only received one shipment which was the original order that was suppose to be s/h charges only. When I called about it I was told that I would only get refunded for a portion of the 6 charges. The operator kept telling me about how I have to pay for the FREE SAMPLE GIFT because of my trial. I kept telling him that I never agreed to any trial nor should I be charged for a FREE SAMPLE GIFT. It's free. Nor should I be charged for any of the rest of it because I only paid s/h on a FREE SAMPLE. It's called a free sample for a reason. When I could no longer continue to repeat myself I said that this company could be turned into the better buisness bureau for false adv. to their customers. And that this is total "b.s." I said just that, but he starts saying to me how I shouldn't use profanity towards him. I was like, "what profanity...b.s?" By this time I wanted to use profanity. Instead I just got off the phone as quick as I could. So, not only was there false adv. but they charged my credit card several times without authorization. On the statement that came with my shipment it has NO INDICATION that I was being charged for this product or that I would be charged again. I want my money back and Im gonna fight til I get it cuz they can have their crappy, expensive product back for sure.
