I ordered Air Jordan Retros for my son. I immediately became suspicious when I did not get a confirmation email. I then went to their website to "chat" with a representative. They always indicated there is no one available and to leave an email. I then emailed them indicating that I wished to cancel the order. I got no response and my account was charged. When the order was filled they were cheap reproductions. I indicated that I wanted to return them. I got an email in very broken English stating they are sorry --they were told the shoes were authentic--also they said the cost to return them is $35.00 and too expensive to return (I would think that is my call) and would I consider keeping them and they would give me a discount? My response will be NO I DON"T WANT A DISCOUNT--I want my money back--at this point I will pay the $35 to cut my losses. This is a huge scam. Wish I had found this site before I ordered. I will keep you posted as to what transpires.
