I'm reporting this from Wales in the UK. It happened just as the others with the free sample and just giving £5 (UK pounds) for p&p. On 29 January £74.95 was taken from my account and again on 5 March another £74.95 taken. I informed my bank who have reimbursed me and we are keeping tabs on the account incase it happens again. If it does, they will cancel my card and issue a new one and reimburse me again. In our bank it has to be done 3 times before they give you a new card. I'm certain the company will try again but I haven't had any products sent to me other than the 'free' sample. I'm so angry at these people but so grateful that others like all you fellow sufferes have put this on the internet as it helped me no end when speaking to the bank. Many thanks.
