I used the gold calculator on the site for my 14k gold watch, valued by 'real' jeweller at £925. Their gold calculator said £560. When I sent my watch they offered me £214! I refused, now they won't return my watch until I pay them £50. They are breaching ASA regulations and a ruling made against them in Jan 2012 by misleading customers with their gold calculator and false advertising (saying they offer a FREE service with FREE postage).
They also lied that my gold is not 14k gold, but 13!!?
Trading standards, ASA informed.
