0n 3-2-2012, I received an email from Kevin Thorn Benneth, Area Commercial Director, 8 Canada Square, London E14 5 HQ. He advised they found that the above money is owed to me as a result of an insurance contract that was in place but never paid. He sent a form signed by Dr. Sutton Lumpkins for Remittance Programming & Processing and I returned it to him on 3-3-2012. As of this date, I have heard nothing further from him.
